Level up your focus on disciple-making
In the Great Commission, Jesus commanded us to make disciples. What if your church was laser-focused on doing that?
In Refocus Your Church, you will find the support and guidance needed to transform your church and ministry.
Seminars provide information.
Coaching provides application.
These levels are important, but they are not enough to alter a church’s trajectory. Sustained change requires transformation – of the values, convictions, and practices of leaders.
You will:
deepen your conviction about disciple-making
learn best-practices for sustained disciple multiplication
navigate change dynamics
peer interaction
Refocus Your Church is a 2-year journey designed to equip pastors and churches to put disciple-making at the core of their ministry.
Recommended participants:
Pastor and two church leaders (though individual pastors are welcome)
New cohorts begin in March and September of each year.

What kind of church do you want to invest your life in serving?
If you long to be part of a church where lives are changed and healed, the key is focus.
When a church needs revitalization, it is because they lost their focus on making disciples. Pastors who are pulled in many directions can lose their joy and fulfillment in ministry.
Refocus Your Ministry can help you fulfill your disciple-making vision.
