Who we are

The River Network International exists to start and strengthen churches around the world.

Working with leaders on four continents, we assess, train, and coach church planters.

We also train and coach leaders of existing churches in developing disciple-making churches through cell (holistic small group)-based ministry.

We take our name from Ezekiel 47:9 - “where the river flows everything will live.”

The River Network is a Strategic Partner of the Global Methodist Church, and works with leaders from trans-denominational backgrounds, as well.

Our founder and Executive Director is Rev. Dr. Steve Cordle, who was founding pastor of Crossroads Church (now Table Church) in Pittsburgh until he transitioned to The River Network in 2024. He is the author of The Church in Many Houses; Hear it, See it, Risk it; and A Jesus-Shaped Life.
