TRNI helps Annual Conference leaders address questions such as:

We partner with Annual Conferences to help them develop a culture of multiplication at all levels.

Level 1 - Seminars (Information)

Select any or all of the following seminars for your Annual Conference:

           * Your Church can Multiply; Why and how any church can multiply. For clergy and laity

          * Parenting a New Church: How churches can sponsor a church plant.

          * Disciple-making Made Simple (but not easy): introduction to Discovery Bible Study as a tool to multiply disciples and leaders.

          * Multiplying Disciples Practicum - online 8-week practicum

Guide participants to take the steps to make disciples who make disciples:

- Deepen your own discipleship

- Practice a simple, tested disciple-making approach

- Instill the DNA of groups that multiply

- Reproduce disciple-making leaders

Recommended for a church team of three (Pastor and two church leaders), though individuals are also invited to participate.

          * Planting Healthy Churches – The River Network’s 2-day core training for church planters and teams. Leave with a plan you created to launch a new church.

          * The Multiplication Ecosystem – 2-day training for leaders in developing and leading a church that multiplies disciples, leaders, and churches.

* Church as disciple-making movement – 1 or 2 day seminar on refocusing traditional churches to become disciple-making. Ideal for church revitalization.

          * Micro-networks: how to facilitate and create church planting networks within a district or Conference. Ideal for Annual Conference Presiding Elders and Church Multiplication Leaders.

Level 2 – Consulting (Application)

          TRNI assists in creating a region-wide strategic plan for developing vision, strategy, and leadership.

Level 3 - Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (Transformation)

Create and execute a strategy for developing a Conference-wide culture of multiplication among local churches and Conference leadership.

For the cost of a part-time staff person, you can have the entire TRNI team partner with you to customize a package of seminars, consulting, and coaching. Plus, you receive all the latest resources as they are developed.
